5 Dimensions of Wellness and Their Impacts

Health & wellness strategies are the core of a person’s optimum health & wellness and are majorly dependent on the dimensions of wellness. These dimensions of wellness were developed many years ago and are clearly a valuable tool since that time. The dimensions of the wellness model originated back to 1976 and focused on 5 dimensions.
