·         Examine: After acknowledging, look at the areas you need to work on and examine the category you would like to be more balanced.

·         Set Goals& Plan Tasks: Make and list of the various ways to help you achieve balance and align an outline for the same. Also list the daily, weekly, and monthly tasks that you will need to do to achieve each of these goals.

·         Prepare: What is your inner “stuff” that will try to keep you from sticking to your plan (fears, worries, doubts, negative self-talk)? Make a list of things you can say to yourself to push you off track. Make thorough preparations with even the shortcomings.

·         Empower: Be kind to yourself and give yourself the right time and energy to achieve that balance.

·         Connect: It is highly recommended to connect with people or a group of people to keep yourself supported, motivated, and focused in hard times.
